Advanced Call Center is a virtual switchboard that is integrated into your computer so that you can carry out a complete management of all telephone calls received.

Thanks to the inclusion of a contact book you will know who is calling you, you can activate the answering machine and even start direct dialing, as well as associate the reception of calls to a program of your choice. On the other hand, each call can be recorded if you wish, all without specifying the operation of TAPI.
